2015
Open Enrollment in the individual health insurance Marketplace runs until
February 15, 2015. Consumers and self-employed individuals with
no employees can sign up for coverage by visiting Healthcare.gov.
Additionally,
the federally-operated small employer “SHOP” Marketplaces (about 33 states) are
now open for online enrollment at Healthcare.gov. Unlike
the individual Marketplace, there is no defined open enrollment period for
SHOP; SHOP enrollment is year-round.

Webinars for Small Employers (English and Spanish)
SBA, the
Department of Health and Human Services, and Small Business Majority present a
live weekly webinar series for small business owners and stakeholder groups on
the basics of ACA and how small business owners can enroll in SHOP. Other
topics include insurance reforms, the small business health care tax credit,
and employer shared responsibility provisions. The “ACA 101” webinar
